players, coaches, team management, organizations, league
officials or game officials.
Constructive criticism regarding a certain aspect of
a person or organization is allowed but criticism
of a person or organization is not allowed. For
instance, you are permitted to say that a player needs
to work on his skating, but are not permitted to say
that a player is useless, lousy, sucks, waste of a spot,
should not be playing at this level, etc.
Any post or criticism that attempts to degrade,
humiliate, or belittle a person or organization will not
be allowed.
Talk is to be restricted to sports only. You
are not allowed to post information on a person's
activities away from sports, such as a person's school
records, work activity or family life.
The main purpose of this forum is to bring together
sports fans from across the region. It is not a
place to get back at a person or organization for things
that have happened in the past.
We respect everyone's right to privacy. If
you are mentioned in a post and would like that post
deleted, we will honour that request. All
requests for post removals can be made by e-mailing
us at
info@localsportsreport.com. Please specify
the subject of the thread and the day and time of
the exact post you would like deleted. In
addition, please specify your relationship to the
person mentioned in the post so we know that it is
an official request (e.g. actual person mentioned,
parent, team official, etc)
