Chatham Adds Forward From NOJHL – by C. Scott Holland
The Chatham Maroons have added a forward to the lineup in hopes of boosting their offense.
On Friday, the Maroons announced they had signed Devin Panzeca, a 6′ and 180 lbs. forward who will turn 19 on Feb. 12th. Panzeca had played 29 games for the Timmins Rock of the NOJHL and had ripped 17 goals and had 10 assists for 27 points.
The Lake Zurich, Il. native will don sweater number 10 for the Maroons as Chatham heads into the stretch run looking to improve upon their current fourth-place position in the standings.
Panzeca is a product of the Team Illinois Bantam Minor AAA (T1EMBHL) system and has played for Lake Zurich High (USHS), Wisconsin Rampage (MNJHL), Great Falls Americans (NA3HL) and the Bozeman Ice Dogs (NA3HL) prior to his stint in Timmins.
